Residentials

Brecon Beacons Residential, Wales

The Year 4, 5 & 6 children had another fantastic residential visit to the Brecon Beacons, South Wales in the Summer. We stayed at the Dan Y Wenallt Study Centre by the Taly-bont reservoir.

We learnt so much about a contrasting area as well as about ourselves. We completed loads of interesting activities such as mammal trapping, trekking, survival challenges, problem solving, river and waterfall studies and art and craft sessions.

The food was really good and the centre staff were very friendly and helpful. It was certainly worth the long journey.

We are all looking forward to going to the How Hill Study Centre on the Norfolk Broads in June.
