The IPC topic this half term has been dinosaurs. In our Drama lessons, the children have been studying Mary Anning, a young woman born in 1799. She was a famous fossil hunter and discovered the Ichthyosaurus when she was 11 years old.

This half term, Class 2 learned some disco dancing with Mrs Wiles. They learned a short sequence of moves, including ‘hitching a ride’, ‘air guitar’ and ‘going under water’. It was great fun.
On the lead up to the Royal Wedding, Class 2 looked at maps, flags and emblems of the United Kingdom. We made a T-shirt in D.T. it reflects the colours of the United Kingdom’s flag.
